AIR for this project used a visionary amoeboid geometry. A terrace suspended on XXX pilotis, where the functional spaces are articulated around an elegant flight of helical stairs which is ideally reflected in the 'broken through' walls, creating a circular vortex of flows and paths. The oblique roof gives the building further dynamism. What is striking is the measure, the balance, the beauty. In fact, the history of architecture has few emblematic curved buildings, but when geometry is dominated, curved shapes can be exceptionally surprising.
Lo studio AIR per questo progetto, ha utilizzato una visionaria geometria ameboide. Una terrazza sospesa su 16 pilotis, dove gli spazi funzionali si articolano intorno ad una elegantissima rampa di scale elicoidale che si rispecchia idealmente nelle pareti 'sfondate' creando un vortice circolare di flussi e di percorsi. La copertura obliqua conferisce all'edificio una ulteriore dinamicità. Quello che colpisce è la misura, l'equilibrio, la bellezza. Infatti la storia dell'architettura ha pochi edifici emblematici curvi, ma quando si domina la geometria le forme curve sanno essere eccezionalmente sorprendenti.
